I have been very disappointed with the service provided by Morecrofts Allerton. The team appeared disorganised and unresponsive, often taking days or even weeks to provide updates or answers. Despite initially being quick to request payment, the level of support and communication thereafter was extremely poor. I approached them with what should have been a straightforward, evidence-based case, yet the outcome was far worse than expected. To make matters worse, I have since been contacted repeatedly regarding additional fees, with demands for substantial sums that seem entirely unreasonable given the quality of service received. Overall, my experience has been deeply unsatisfactory, and I would strongly advise others to consider alternative representation — even self-representation or an AI-based legal service would likely provide a more efficient and transparent experience.

Be ware if you are selling a property and you see this companies name conveyancing on the sale agreed contract. Months and months to complete. Terrible. O out of 10 for performance. They don't answer, they don't answer to solicitors and go off for weeks at a time, without anyone picking up the cases.

The worst solicitor service i ever received. Gave a quote of £800, the sales didnt fall through and want to charge me for over £1600. Ridiculous service. The solicitor i'm originally signed with left the business half way, the other solicitor never chased my case with seller in terms of if they want to sell or not. Seller ended up disappear. Now they want to take me to court. This is really unfair service and horrible work.

Judgemental feminists who over-look child abuse in foster-care. They don't care. Supplied a statement to the court on my behalf that I had had no sight of nor signed. I'm pretty sure that that is illegal. (Family team) ✝️
