I would like to start with truly gratefulness to Morgan Hill Solicitors, especially Adeel, took on our immigration matter without charging us any fee, at a time when we genuinely could not afford legal help. We applied for a Visit Visa ourselves without any help as we could not afford legal fee, but unfortunately it was refused by the Home Office. Our son then contacted Morgan Hill Solicitors to ask for advice. He explained that he could not afford legal fees at that time, but it was very important for us to visit and spend some special time with our son and his family. What truly touched us was that Morgan Hill Solicitors chose to help us without charging anything. They supported us simply out of kindness and understanding of our situation. They prepared a detailed Pre-Action Protocol letter to the Home Office, setting out new grounds, pointing out errors in the decision and adding extra information for the Home Office to reconsider. All of this work was done completely free of charge, on a pro bono basis, because we were struggling financially. The service from the whole team, especially from Mr Adeel, was exceptional. At no point did we feel that we were being treated differently because we were not paying. The support, communication and respect we received throughout the process were outstanding. We are deeply grateful to Mr Adeel and the entire Morgan Hill team for their kindness, humility and professionalism.
