Myself and my partner had our wills done on 20.3.25 by Usman Asif Khan. He was very professional and explained everything to us. That evening we were checking our wills and I noticed a small mistake on mine ,I rang Mr Khan the next day to explain, he was very helpful,due to work commitments I was unable to go to the office so Mr Khan put an amended copy in the post the same day which I received the next day, would highly recommend this solicitors.

Morgan Hill Solicitors – Terrible Experience, Avoid at All Costs! I had an absolutely awful experience with Morgan Hill Solicitors. I entrusted my accident claim case to them in November 2023, and it was handled by Afzhaal Ahmad Choudry. The entire process dragged on for over 16 months with little to no progress, causing unnecessary stress and delays. Every time I met with Afzhaal Choudry, I felt like he was working against me rather than for me. He would put words in my mouth, completely disregarding my opinions and decisions. Even when I disagreed with something, he would push his own agenda, making me feel like he was representing someone else’s interests rather than mine. It was a frustrating and disappointing experience. Their communication was appalling. Whenever I replied to emails, I would receive aggressive, argumentative, and panicked responses instead of professional and helpful replies. Rather than addressing my concerns, they seemed more interested in making excuses and dragging things out further. I have since changed solicitors, which was the best decision I could have made as my new legal team is actually making progress, something Morgan Hill Solicitors failed to do for over a year. If you are looking for reliable, competent legal representation, DO NOT go to Morgan Hill Solicitors. They are completely unprofessional and a waste of time. Avoid them at all costs! Further to my previous review, I would like to add that I had a non-fault claim which was proved in court and the driver was banned from driving for 3 years. Following my accident I had a scan which suggested a broken shoulder but further MRI test diagnosed a tissue trauma which had adverse affect on my driving. This resulted in my PCO license being placed on hold by TFL as they reviewed my medical records. I ended up out of work for 11 months before I made full recovery. It was only then the TfL carried out my physical driving test to assess my ability to drive before granting me the PCO badge. The point here is that there has been no inconsistency in my file. It was a straight forward non faulty case where the police and court were involved and the driver was convicted. It was a level of incompetence and mishandling of the case by your organisation over 16 months that I had to suffer massive finance loss, not to mention the physical and mental distress. I reserve my right to approach legal ombudsman to look at the sheer incompetency by your law firm and mishandling by the case worker. From Jamshaid Subhani
