If it weren’t for my solicitor, Sandra, I too wouldn’t rate these solicitors much but that’s just with regard to the case handler/receptionist I have asked to be removed due to her incompetence, in my opinion! Once I informed Sandra of the countless errors on the receptionist behalf, I felt heard and made changes for me. From the very first time I met Sandra, I knew I was in good hands. Her presence and energy is one you can only feel blessed to have on side! Sandra knows what she’s talking about, she’s down to earth yet, sophisticated and beautiful in soul too. She’s incredibly empowering for me as she takes on my case and fights for my rights, like they’re her own personal needs! She’s second to none and I’m looking forward to hopefully having Sandra at all future events. I almost lost faith in the company but Sandra assured me with actions as well as words, - “I’m sorry, this isn’t how things should be working” & changes were made! Management were informed. I’m very happy with Sandra and grateful she heard my concerns and took necessary actions.

Used this firm for my court case whilst pregnant - Nadia and my other representatives especially Miss Williams helped me through my court case and took the stress from me. Explained everything for me and kept me updated and help reassure me throughout it all. Ensured I was happy with the outcome and things I requested through out court. Would 100% use again and helped me all the way through. Lovely people and did a fantastic job!
