I'm delighted with my experience of selling through Morgans in Kinross. Everyone was professional, courteous, friendly and an absolute pleasure to deal with. Steven McHardy as estate agent was highly knowledgeable and personable. Stephen Dickson's expertise as a solicitor is impressive and I was confident I was in good hands. The office staff were lovely to deal with always a ray of Sunshine. My predicament was actually not ideal, but Morgans really took the stress off me and handled things brilliantly. Stephen took the initiative and sorted out some things above and beyond what I had expected so I was very happy with that. This will be the fourth time I've sold a house and is by far the best experience yet. Exchange went according to plan and on time and funds were through like lightning. I also have to say I was well pleased with their fees which I thought were very reasonable. I am very very happy indeed.

The team handled helping me to find a house and it’s purchase with care commitment and consistency Also handled the sale of my mother’s house Both needed perseverance with the respective lawyers to progress action. The whole team sales, legal and admin were excellent
