I had a very disappointing experience with MRG Solicitors. The solicitor handling my divorce case did not provide proper guidance at any stage and seemed more focused on taking money than helping me resolve my case. I gave them all the necessary evidence for my divorce (including WhatsApp chats and other documents), but instead of guiding me correctly, my case was dragged out unnecessarily. Because of their poor advice and delay, I eventually had to handle the process myself. When I contacted HMCTS directly, their staff were extremely helpful and guided me through everything step by step. With their help, I managed to complete my divorce successfully within six months — something MRG Solicitors couldn’t do despite charging me for two separate services. The solicitor’s behaviour was also unacceptable. He was polite and friendly at the beginning while asking for payment, but later became rude and unhelpful once I had already paid. He even dropped my case midway because I couldn’t pay additional fees immediately, without giving me any reasonable time to arrange it. Overall, I found MRG Solicitors unprofessional, money-driven, and lacking in genuine care for clients. I would not recommend them to anyone — please be cautious before using their services
