I was quite disappointed with my experience at MTG Solicitors. I approached them during a very difficult time, struggling with a serious housing issue. Unfortunately, I found communication to be poor throughout. I had to repeatedly follow up just to get basic updates on my case. While the solicitor did represent me, the outcome from the council was negative — and what was more frustrating is that no one at the firm followed up to offer any advice, counterarguments, or alternative solutions. I felt left in the dark and unsupported at a time when I genuinely needed legal guidance and proactive assistance. I wouldn’t recommend them based on my experience.

Not impressed with how they conduct business, Went to their office over 2 weeks and was asked to leave my information so someone can get in touch. I wanted to enquire 2 weeks later and was informed that are busy and sometimes takes longer to get in touch. Imagine them doing your case work.

Highly disappointed. Firstly called to see if I can get help, the Housing person was at home, all I could hear was children - which is fine however his attitude was terrible. I am NOT a solicitor, if words carry different meanings for you, fair enough.. its YOUR job, not mine. But to put me down, when I am incredibly stressed out and need help is not the way forward. I suggest taking a course in psychology to help you understand your clients.
