I am delighted to share my experience of working with Doug Murphy and his colleagues at Murphy Thompson Moore LLP (MTM). My search for assistance with drafting bespoke articles of association for several of my companies initially focussed on solicitors but few were experts on company secretarial matters with them all wanting to start with broad legal document templates. And all were very expensive. Fortunately my accountant advised me to find a legal agent who specialised in company secretarial matters. It was an extensive search as most deal with company formation but I persisted with my search and believe I got luck in finding Doug and MTM. Doug’s knowledge and expertise in company law was evident from the start and he took the time to understand my specific needs and provided invaluable guidance throughout the process such that his involvement made all the difference. The result was that he assisted with developing bespoke articles of association for a couple of my companies. Doug was particularly helpful with incorporating content from our standard shareholders agreement and in doing so eliminated the need for one in the future as these matters are now covered in our new articles. The bespoke articles are clear and concise being not only tailored to my company’s requirements but also easy to understand which is very different from any other articles I have come across. I have no doubt that I shall revert to Doug for future company secretarial and company legal matters and I am happy to recommend him and Murphy Thompson Moore LLP to anyone seeking professional legal assistance. Doug’s knowledge of company matters, his diligence in drafting documents, and overall helpfulness truly made a difference. Thank you for your outstanding work!
