Contacted Mubasher for some advice as a secondly measure - for piece of mind if nothing else. I was very impressed by not just his knowledge but ability to listen, and ask questions before dispersing some of his vast knowledge, in a very easy to understand non-confusing manner. I'm so glad to have contacted him and wouldn't hesitate again.

Great communication, best price I could find for verification of signature on power of attorney form, unless you use Justice of Peace wich might not be the option if you need the deed done promptly. Highly recommended. Thank you.
