I recently had a great experience with Muckle when I needed to find someone short notice to get a Statutory Declaration sworn by my Dad. I called up and spoke to Laura who informed me that someone would be available all day and that my dad could pop in any time. One hour and £5 later we had the signed declaration and they were also kind enough to scan and email it over to me for speed. Thank you to Laura, Beth and Thomas who made this a smooth experience.

Completely incompetent. They are instructed by wave utilities to sort out issue with my bill and don't reply to any emails or make contact and have received all evidence which they said they would send over to wave. It has been over 6 months

Katie Allen and Charlotte McMurchie were absolutely brilliant in helping us deal with a sensitive housing issue. Although initially helpful and effective at the advice stage, the work done was not of a satisfactory standard and ultimately unsuccessful in achieving our goals. Mistakes were made and despite an official complaint and a small 'goodwill' remuneration payment, the correction costs were excessive. We have subsequently found free support and advice which is proving to be successful. Disappointing.

Awesome meeting rooms in there for a full day very comfortable and clean and the staff are extremely helpful
