I cannot rate this firm highly enough. They are simply superb. I have works in the property industry for the last 35 years and have bought and sold quite a few properties and have dealt with over two dozen firms of solicitors ranging from the 'Big Boys', to a smaller, 1 man band firm. Recently I used Murray Hay for some conveyancing work and I can say that the service which Magda offered me was on the path with the best of whoever I have come across in the past. Not only is she a pleasure to deal with, but she is professional, personable and she gets the job done without any drama. The fees were exceptionally reasonable as well, which was a pleasant surprise and I slept easily at night knowing that one of the partners, Ian, was keeping an eye on the proceedings throughout.

It’s hard to imagine a better firm to work with. I bought my first place in 2009, and have just completed on my third in autumn 2025. Ian and team have worked with me on all three (and a couple that I pulled out of). Easy to work with, efficient and straight forward, good value as well. I trust them implicitly. Rebecca is great. My most recent purchase was through Foxtons Wimbledon. The sellers wanted to sell (empty ex rental) and I was chain free and in a rush - but nevertheless we exchanged in 5 weeks and completed in 6 weeks. The foxtons office have since said they have never had a sale that quick and were raving about how easy Ian and Rebecca were to deal with. Enough said 😄

I had the pleasure of working with Ian and Rebecca, first when I purchased my flat three years ago and now again for the sale. The sale process took a little longer because one buyer dropped out, but I always felt well looked after and received quick, clear responses whenever I needed them.
