We worked with Myriad on an Animation Tax Relief. I would highly recommend them. Chris’s communication was excellent and everything was very clear and straightforward. This is the second time I have manage a claim of this nature. The first claim was done with another accountants who are specialists in the field but they advised us incorrectly which meant we ran into problems. It was a good learning experience but not one I wanted to repeat. By contrast everything with Myriad went exactly to plan. We are a SaaS business and HMRC can be particularly suspicious of software. In early 2024 we faced a very aggressive challenge from HMRC regarding our R&D tax credit claims going back three years which could have been disastrous for our company.
