I have worked with this accounting team for three years, and my experience has been very positive. They have given me great support with both my business and personal finances, always working to make our taxes as efficient as possible. Their knowledge and dedication have made a real difference. A special thanks to Syed, who handled a complicated situation with great care and skill. He made sure our company taxes were organized properly and in a healthy way. I felt confident knowing he was taking care of everything. Thank you as well to Dhruv for managing my personal taxes. He is always friendly, easy to talk to, and happy to answer any questions. He explains things clearly and is very helpful. I also want to thank Julie, who pays close attention to detail and helped me with some difficult decisions. I truly appreciate her careful and thoughtful approach. The whole team works hard to keep taxes efficient while being supportive and understanding. I engaged Naail & Co to handle my company accounts and personal tax return for the year ended 31 January 2025. I paid in advance £1,200 for a full set of services, including bookkeeping review, posting year-end adjustments, preparation of accounts, submission of CT600, and filing at Companies House. While draft accounts were prepared and shared, the firm refused to complete submission due to an error in the previous year’s accounts. I specifically signed and paid them to submit the accounts which they have never done. I attempted to resolve the matter through ACCA’s professional conduct process, to claim the loss and get a partial refund but the complaint was closed without resolution. As a result, I had to appoint a new accountant and incur additional costs. I am sharing this experience so others can make an informed decision. I recommend this firm. They also called me in office to tell me that I was in breach of Vat and after weeks they realised that I was nearly reaching the threshold but not enough. I don’t recommend this Company
