Napthens were used for a property purchase and, honestly, it felt like they were actively trying to not get the sale through. Progress was painfully slow, and communication was practically non-existent. At times, I wondered if they were waiting for the mortgage offer to expire just for fun. A quick look at other reviews shows I’m not alone - seems to be a bit of a theme. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend. Unless, of course, you enjoy suspense and radio silence.

Excellent experience with Napthens. Dawn was very good throughout my sale and onward purchase. Would higher recommend for any house sales or purchases!

James Freeman assisted us with a property issue and was extremely helpful. We really felt that he had our interests at heart and spent time listening and explaining to us.

Used Napthens recently for conveyancing to support a house sale and a house purchase. This would be the third time of utilising them and the service gets better each time. The process was very slick, I was regularly updated and overall communication was excellent. Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again or recommend to others.

Poor service, terrible communication, customer service absolutely non existent - hidden costs. Would not recommend using if you are trying to buy or sell a house.
