Napthens have been great from start to finish, their mobile app makes the conveyancing process very easy. Communication and update's are fantastic, we moved sooner than we ever thought possible, this would not have happened had we used a different solicitor. Rob and Alex and both been great, highly recommended.

We were part of a complicated 6 person chain and it was far from straight forwards. Nadya and Demi (Preston) went way above and beyond what was in their remit and we are so grateful. A tenacious pair of absolute diamonds - They absolutely held the chain together when it had been on the brink of collapse - even other people in the chain we had contact with were seriously impressed with everything they did - Cannot than you ladies enough x

Horrible solicitors. The have been helping me with a inheritance, but they just always seem to be missing in action. My solicitor ignores my emails, but when she needs my attention she messages me like I've been ignoring her, I need this urgently, or I've still not had this from you. But the reason she hasn't had anything from me is because she's never available for me to get there. I call and they're not in the office and even though the receptionist says they'll get them to call me back they don't. So I email but that just gets ignored also. It's crazy I will have to pay thousands for the privilege of this as well. These people are vultures stay away

Outstanding service from Napthens. Have used them 3 times in past couple of years with various property related matters and found them to be very efficient where other local and older established solicitors have been slow or just cant do the job.
