After starting as a first time buyer not knowing a thing about buying or selling property Fiona Neligan and her team at NBB Law have helped and supported us through everything. This is now the 4th time we've used NBB Law and as always Fiona and her team have been amazing. They are always approachable, knowledgeable, professional, friendly, thorough, fairly priced and prompt with their responses and after 4 times dealing with other solicitors Fiona and her team have outperformed every single one. I'm so glad we found NBB and will never use anyone else now. Fiona at NBB Law was a pleasure to deal with along with all her associates. There were some legal issues to resolve before we could sell a property but Fiona was reassuring they could be sorted out and the sale eventually completed with ease. Dealing with NBB Law was, for us, a very good experience. Our contacts at the firm, Bailey, Beth and Anne were all efficient, friendly and in touch with our needs. Our main conveyancer, Bailey McGrath ,kept us informed during the process which was a little protracted due to reasons beyond our control and was able to obtain documents that were missing. I contacted NBB law as I had a problem with my mortgage deed. They said they would sort it and they did. Every time i rang I was able to speak to Riccardo. If he was unable to take my call he returned it with in 24hours. I have no hesitation at all to recommending NBB law, they made me feel reassured, I was updated on the procedure. Then well within the time frame they gave me everything has been sorted. A very professional and friendly company.
