We decided to create wills through the Will Aid scheme and choose Neil Kilcoyne on the basis of good reviews online. They weren't wrong, Sinead Jackson handled our wills and was fantastic to deal with, I was expecting a very basic, quick discussion as this was a 'free' service (the payment going to charity) but Sinead really took the time to explain everything to us, we'd asked a few questions and she described our options and put it in an email, then followed up with another call after we'd had time to think it over, and then the signing was done in person after she went through everything with us again. She was wonderful to deal with, and if we need solicitor services in the future we'd go back.
