I recently needed the services of a Personal Injury Solicitor, unfortunately the first Solicitors employed gave very poor service and failed to communicate in a timely manner with little empathy or understanding. Nelsons Solicitors and Hannah Manewell then took over my claim and the difference was immediate, with a professional caring approach from Hannah who took time to read and understand the claim, giving regular updates and excellent communication, leading to a successful conclusion to my claim. If I need a Solicitor, I would highly recommend Hannah Manewell , not only for her professional knowledge and skills, but also for her caring approach and exceptional communication skills.

Cannot thank enough Emma Zukowska enough for taking the time to give advice and offer alternative routes where help could be provided. She didn’t have to do this and a simple sorry we cannot help but she took the time to give professional feedback and offer alternative solutions that maybe more suited for the matter. Very refreshing to know it’s not all about clocking the hours. Would definitely recommend them.

Would like to give zero but not allowed . In my opinion and my experience avoid Nelson’s Nottingham litigation dept. Extremely poor standard of work and no expertise shown, bills increased significantly without being informed despite limit set and even billed twice for same days and work . On going Complaint . This is my experience and opinion of Nelson’s litigation dept Nottingham, they know how to contact me to discuss their appalling lack of service .

I used Nelson’s for buying and selling my property. The automated on boarding with texts etc was frankly confusing, but the service I received, specifically from Shoaib Mirza was fantastic. Very thorough, and even if he didn’t take my calls immediately, would always respond promptly. Good communication, and would 100% recommend.
