I cannot rate Nero Legal and in particular Gemma McBride highly enough. The best example of the swiftest, most effective and efficient action taken in my experience. Gemma has excellent listening skills, very understanding and I got a real sense of genuine compassion. Gemma is polite and great on the phone and by email, adding a lovely human touch to legal work.
