Nero legal has recently handled our buyers purchase from us. Rude emails to our solicitor, delaying the process for weeks when they knew we were selling and buying and their client would be affected, mentioning that all is fine to the buyer when clearly THEY WERE LATE FOR WEEKS, lying to our solicitor and estate agent about emails they 'sent'. I had to chase the estate agents to chase them because they were busy fighting with our solicitor over very standardised processes and putting the whole chain in jeopardy. Our buyers (their clients) had a baby, how could you do this to them as well?? Everything was completed the same day of moving because of their incompetence and awful behaviour. And their excuse? Oh sorry we are prioritising other transactions. Sure, prioritise, but to A LOGICAL degree not leaving everything to literally last 3 business days then expecting the whole chain to work endlessly to complete? You have put everyone in a very stressful situation when NOTHING was missing from our end, you got out address wrong in files twice. Especially Nicola was insanely rude and our experience was ruined because of her. If not for our solicitor and our seller's solicitor our move would not have happened. And you had the audacity, on the day of our move, to almost deny moving funds until we get the keys to the estate agent (which was at 1pm as appropriate) when your clients have not moved in for weeks after and when you knew the situation. I will be going to the ombudsman about this, this is not customer service not a professional company. You are dealing with people's lives and we, the people that pay you, should not have to deal with your politics. If I could give -10 stars I would.

Nero Legal's fee for managing the sale of my property was most competitive and Ahnum progressed the work helpfully and efficiently, explaining the details I needed to understand, and quickly obtaining the answers to any questions I had. Everything went like clockwork. Many thanks to all.

Excellent service ...it's the third time I have used Nero Legal to buy / sell a property and I really cannot fault them. Everything has always gone smoothly, they are very approachable yet always professional and very reasonable with their costs. Highly recommended :)
