I honestly don’t know where to begin. I am so happy and grateful that I was randomly referred to Shabana for the conveyancing of my first property purchase. From day one, Shabana was extremely clear and precise with every instruction and, most importantly, incredibly quick and responsive whenever I had any questions or concerns. As a first-time buyer, having a solicitor who communicates so clearly and keeps you informed makes such a huge difference. The property I was purchasing had several legal issues, which Shabana identified almost immediately and made me aware of. The whole process ended up taking longer than expected due to these issues, but I genuinely don’t believe I would have been able to complete the purchase without her. Shabana was extremely proactive throughout the entire process. She kept the seller’s solicitor informed at every stage, followed up with them when necessary, and pushed for timely responses to ensure that all the requirements were properly addressed. She went above and beyond what I expected from a conveyancing solicitor. I am extremely thankful that I chose Shabana to handle my purchase. She is professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely cares about getting the job done properly. She is honestly the best at what she does, and I can confidently vouch for that. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Shabana to anyone looking for a conveyancing solicitor.
