Leah was recommended to me by my brother, and I’m so glad she was. She was better than I could have hoped for - always helpful, quick to respond and nothing was ever too much trouble. During the more stressful moments Leah’s calm and reassuring approach gave me real confidence and peace of mind. I truly felt in safe hands throughout. Excellent service throughout. My boyfriend and I recently purchased our first home together and were uncertain of the whole process, but Leah and Anna were so professional and put us at ease by talking us through everything in a straight forward way. Leah stayed in regular contact and kept us updated throughout the process, she is a credit to the team and I can't thank her enough for her hard work. Would 100% recommend for conveyancing or any other legal needs. Thanks so much to both Leah and Anna for helping us buy our first house!

I plucked out Newport Land & Law from a Google Search and contacted them based on their previous good reviews. I required solicitors to handle our house purchase in England whilst we were selling our house in Scotland (2 different legal systems). I initially spoke with Anna Newport (boss) who confirmed they had the capacity to take on the job and provided us with a very reasonable quote. Once onboarded, we had the lovely Axsa who went above and beyond (even calling at 7pm with news and updates) to carry out the seemingly impossible and ensured the exchange and completion on the house we were buying occurred on the same day as the exchange and completion on our house in Scotland - and kept us fully updated whilst we were following the removals truck 400 miles down the road! Plus, she dealt with a less than helpful vendor's solicitor in the process! I cannot recommend Newport Land & Law enough and will certainly be coming to them for any legal requirements now we are in England. P.S. Anna's out-of-office email was worth the fee alone! :)
