I cannot thank my solicitor, Mark Winton, enough for everything he has done for me and my two children. We were living in temporary accommodation that was in extremely poor condition, with a severe cockroach infestation and numerous other issues. My daughter’s eczema became unbearable—constant itching, broken skin from scratching, regular flare-ups and sleepless nights that affected her health and mine. Despite contacting the council repeatedly for months and even providing a doctors letter l was completely ignored. I felt frustrated, overwhelmed, and close to giving up. Mark stepped in and completely changed things for us. He was incredibly professional, supportive, and patient throughout the entire process. He kept me updated at every stage and always reassured me, especially when I felt hopeless. Thanks to his hard work and dedication, we have finally been moved to a much better accommodation. After so many months, my daughter was finally able to sleep peacefully — something I can never put a price on. I am truly grateful for Mark’s commitment and care. He made a huge difference for my family, and I can’t thank him enough.
