Nicholas & his team were absolutely brilliant. Professionalism in every sense of the word. They were engaging, personable & I felt as though they genuinely cared. They always managed our expectations. If I had a query they came back to me right away to answer it. If I didn’t understand something legally they were always willing to talk us through it. What these guys don’t know about SEN/SN legislation & law isn’t worth knowing. I cannot recommend Nicholas & his team enough & cannot thank them enough for all the help & support they have giving us.

Not a good experience for me . Bruna took our case but emails were spotty and when I'd message it took sometimes 2 + weeks to respond to a matter which was time sensitive and when i got a response it was to ask a question (unrelated to what id said) and one id already answered previously. In the end I sorted the problem with other help.
