I honestly thought humanity had lost its way until I came across this firm. John, the solicitor, was incredibly helpful—far beyond what was expected—and made us feel genuinely welcome. Debz, the receptionist, was equally kind and went out of her way to assist with documents. The secretary, Vishalni, also went the extra mile to send and verify documents within our tight timeframe. They all showed great understanding, especially since we had to travel a bit out of the way to reach them. Even though this firm isn’t local to me, I will definitely be using their services again in the future. They made my experience so much easier, unlike other firms that seem more focused on money than helping their clients.

I have now used this company twice for conveyancing and I can honestly say their service has been first class. Between Melanie and Christine the end to end process has been seamless. Telephone calls have been taken and acted upon, emails have been answered timely and I have been updated regularly throughout the process. I can not recommend this company enough. Well done Melanie and Christine !!!!

Cannot fault conveyancing dept headed by Becky Dalton. Swift, efficient, accessible and friendly. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Took 12 months to sort out LPAs due to their incompetence, support staff are unprofessional and can't pass on information. Won't use them again.
