Very disappointed with the overall service from this firm. Collins’ behavior was unprofessional and rude throughout the process. Andrew was helpful and courteous, but unfortunately that didn’t make up for the firm's poor communication and lack of follow-through. I would not recommend them based on my experience.

Never used a solicitor in my life before but I'm glad when it came to it, Nixon & Co were the company I used. Everything explained well and had no issues with them throughout the process I was using them for. Would fully recommend and would definitely use them again if the situation arises.

My visit here was excellent. The staff were really welcoming, and the solicitor was very helpful and put me at ease immediately. She was able to answer all my questions and proposed an excellent way forward. Definitely recommend.

Used Andrew and Colin in the sale of my Aunt's home. They kept me up to date at every stage, and understood the difficult circumstances we were going through. Could not recommend them highly enough, best conveyancing solicitors!

Its a 2-man show with Andrew running the front and Colin doing the legal work at back. When you speak to Andrew he is very polite and gives a very reassuring vibe; however, he doesn't do much of legal work and the actual work is done by Colin. Now Colin is a real pain in the backside. He has a massive chip on his shoulder with a really terrible attitude issue and very stubborn. Won't be using these guys again at any cost. I know they come a 50-60 quid cheaper from other solicitors but will pay extra and use somebody who is a bit more understanding.
