Having been knocked of my bike through no fault of my own, I looked into options for a no win no fee solicitor. Boy am I so glad I found JF Law. The main reason I called them was from their already great reviews. Everyone I dealt with throughout the process was excellent and so professional. I was allocated Michael Higgins and he was brilliant. From day one it felt like he really cared. I'd never had to do anything like this before and he made it all so easy. Explaining at every step of the way in a way I could understand and completely took control of everything. Apart from providing relevant information, Michael dealt with it all and kept me updated all along. If there was a decision I needed to make, such as whether to accept offers, he would also advice on his thoughts and clearly explain why. However, at no time did I feel anything was out of my control and my decision was always final. I took his advice and it was never the wrong one!! Even when it came to the case going to court for a judges decision on the final amount, all I had to do was give the nod. Michael handled all that and at no extra cost to me. I really hope I will never need to use their services again but should it happen, I know where I will be heading. I highly recommend both JF Law and Michael. Also a thank you to everyone else involved who I didn't have contact with. You're all fab!
