My dad passed away in December, he had a Will from this company which we needed to get released for a different solicitor to start working on probate for us. We had a nightmare with this process being passed back & forth at a time when we were heavily grieving. People we spoke to were rude & unsympathetic, they even wanted a payment for the release from storage. I’m really happy with the solicitor that I found who has assisted us with getting things in place for mum, there is a massive contrast to the service received. My advice to anyone considering using this company is don’t. They are clearly just out for money & don’t care about their customers!

I received a letter regarding estate administration, but despite several follow-up emails and repeated promises of a call back, I’ve yet to receive a response — and it’s been two weeks. Strangely, the phone number provided in the letter was either incorrect or out of service; I had to search online for an alternative, which is especially concerning for a company requesting personal information. The overall lack of communication is also concerning, particularly given the sensitive nature of estate matters. A disappointing and unprofessional experience so far.

Last of my parents died almost 3 years ago. Is a very straight forward will and it is still ongoing. They have had everything in place for quite some time yet still have not processed the estate. Why? To make more money off the interest because they transferred the estate into there holdings? Ombudsman man will now hopefully take charge of this utter nightmare

They have been dealing with my grandmother's estate after death since December 2024. I have had no contact from them since and was advised by the funeral directors a few days ago the invoice for the funeral has still not been pain ( invoice given to solicitors in December) I have called them multiple times since and they do not answer the phone I have left several messages and they do not call back. In conclusion my experience of them in the last 6 months is that they don't do any work and get refuse to answer or call customers back when they chance there lack of activity. Not happy at all

I don’t write reviews that are negative until all opportunities to rectify issues have been attempted. Awful! No communication. Serious mistakes on legal documents (incorrect names/multiple names from poor copy/pasting). They were assigned as executors for my late mother’s estate a year ago. Little to no progress or communication. They have refused to acknowledge emails, phonecalls or a formal written complaint.
