I would like to thank Eugene Daniel for his exceptional service. I first made contact through an online call-back request, and Eugene called me the very same day. Although it wasn’t a formal consultation, he generously took the time to listen to my questions and walk me through the options available to me. It was important for me to speak with a solicitor before instructing, so I called the reception and they advised me to fill out an online enquiry form, assuring me that a solicitor would call back. Eugene returned my call the same day and was the first solicitor who took the time to listen and explain everything to me. This was crucial in my decision to instruct Eugene to handle my case. I contacted at least 15 other law firms, and it was an unpleasant experience as they all insisted on booking a 'paid consultation' without taking the time to understand the details of my case. We engaged Nuevo Lawyers to help with an application for my daughter in law and her daughter. Her previous online application had failed because our son had recently been employed in the family company and was considered "self-employed". The Home Office website and advice are not helpful for so-called "self-employed" people. Contacted Nuevo Lawyers after my wife’s visa was rejected. We put in a new application a few weeks later and it was granted without any issues. Excellent service. Prompt replies to my many questions. Clearly very experienced with family visa applications. Will be using them again when it comes time for renewal and settlement.
