Thank you so very very much . I found Michael to be upfront and detail the circumstances of my serious case. He was no nonsense yet sympathetic to my case without making any judgement about me. He guided me through the whole provider from bail to charge to courts, advising me throughout. I am certain without his help and knowledge I would have been facing a much harsher sentence. I came upon John Goodwin of O’Garra-Cohen-Craner Ltd, Leeds by chance discovery as the incompetent Local Duty Solicitor ill advised me following my arrest to quote “No Comment” to all questions asked under caution in the recorded interview, when I wanted to answer, and he didn’t believe in me. I was so fortunate to come across such a Quality Firm of Solicitors and probably the most competent ‘Animal Welfare Legal Solicitor’ who represented me and believed in me form the first time we talked. He and His company specialise in representing people who may have been wrongly accused of Dog Cruelty by the Do-Gooder’s who report it to the RSPCA or who may have had a dog seized for allegedly being a Band Breed by the Police. There cost were not that much more that I would have paid locally. Distance was Not Impediment for John and his team. He travels the country to help! John handled my case personally. He is totally reliable, at all three court appearances he was always there well before time, engaging with the Prosecution Lawyers, Magistrate’s, and a District Judge. He got the initial three charges dropped to one due to his expertise, due diligence, and personal cool way of engaging all. In the final appearance with the District Judge in Carlisle, submitted all documents well before the time of the hearing, asking for confirmation of their delivery. He conducted an accurate, logical, and fully factual account to the District Judge. I feel even got the buy-in of the Prosecution Lawyer for a case that was proportionally not easy to resolve that involved written evidence and video evidence against me. Johns Total Management of all the legal proceedings and affairs of the Case were exceptional. It was a very difficult case brought by the Police and with the Support of the RSPCA that had wanted Disqualification of me having Dogs and my Pack of 5 Stable GSD’s not to be returned. Against difficult odds John got my Pack of 5 dogs returned to me 216 days after their sizing by the Police. I cannot Thank John and his Team at O’Garra-Cohen-Craner enough! He has a range of other independent specialists, these people handled my case: Helen Howell who is an Expert Witness so well qualified academically and practically for Dog behaviour, Human Interaction and Band Breads. She has dedicated her life to Dogs, their welfare and helping people like me get justice. She pulls no punches! David Bailey the UK’s if not Europe’s most eminent Forensic Veterinary Surgeon who can look at your case, details and advise John, his team to produce the best result possible. A Very Strong Team.

I can’t fault Michael in any way shape or form. This man is very experienced and very high skilled solicster. Never once have I felt any doubt with him.
