Reviews
Yet again, an amazing service from Laura for my conveyancing. Always there to help, find important property facts, and answer any questions. Cannot fault her service and I will always use her in the future. I highly recommend her to anyone!
Don’t waste your time. Sue O’Hara was everything I wouldn’t want in a solicitor; dishonest and rude. She had the audacity to falsify that a call took place just to try and justify additional fees, never once acknowledged or apologised and was not transparent with costs throughout the process. It took me to lodge a formal complaint before my issues were taken seriously and money that was taken without my consent was returned, but this was not before my completion had to be delayed by two weeks because of hidden charges I did not need to incur. Avoid.
Laura managed the conveyancing for our property purchase excellently. Expeditious throughout, she was helpful and courteous with all our enquires, whilst professional and firm in her communications with the other parties. Highly recommended!
I received an excellent service - it was a more complicated case than many conveyancing but the team ran the process smoothly and the communication between all parties was really great.
AWFUL! UNPROFESSIONAL! AVOID! Very rude staff to say the least and that's when you even get a response...(personality makeover is needed for the lot of them!) They upped the price immediately from the one I had already signed/agreed to. I could list a lot more but they're not worth a second more of my time.
