As a first-time buyer, they answered all my questions patiently and promptly, were very mindful of the timelines I had in mind, and handled all the documentation excellently. Their report was especially impressive, and their record-keeping was phenomenal. Throughout the process, I felt I could completely trust them without having to worry whether everything was being thoroughly checked — they left no stone unturned. Plus, it was wonderful to work with an all-women team! Highly recommended!

First of all, I’m quite surprised by the large number of positive reviews here, as that was definitely not my experience. I used Ola Leslie to purchase my first property some time ago. They were very responsive before I decided to choose them, but that turned out to be the beginning of a nightmare. Throughout the conveyancing process, you had to be extremely proactive in chasing them for updates. It was common for them to ignore the queries and provide very little communication regarding progress. Unlike other solicitor services that assign a paralegal to address client concerns and respond within a reasonable timeframe, Ola Leslie lacked that level of support. There were errors and typos in both the buyer’s report and the final statement, so I strongly recommend keeping a close eye on their work if you’ve already decided to engage with them. Initially, I thought this might be a widespread problem across the solicitor industry. However, I’m now using a different solicitor to sell my property, and I can confidently say Ola Leslie’s service was unusually poor. Think twice before deciding to use them.
