Not answering phone when trying to ring them, Also booked appointment for next week when turned up to office lawyer wasn't even there. Unprofessional.

If i could give 0 stars i would do it for sure! I contacted them for help me regarding my girlfriend pre settled status and their immigration lawyer was unresponsive and disinterested about everything, never answering my phone calls, very unhelpful and terrible service.
