Ormerod Rutter Chartered Accountants are an absolute joy to work with on aspects complicated, and otherwise, in the experience of myself and my husband; it is an absolute pleasure to be asked to leave feedback after years working together. We can’t ever thank Jamal enough in particular - 5000% feedback - indeed can’t recommend or praise Jamal & team at Ormerod Rutter enough - they give personal attention; you feel valued, listened to and treated personally at a high level of great expertise; they will explain things simply, as they have done for me, walking me through tax returns with unparalleled patience; they have for my husband, as well as our Annual personal tax returns for us both. given high level & wide ranging help with complicated business structuring accounting advice over the years, still working successfully and as they advised us years ago for UK (& Europe) I am 55 years of age and to date, have never found an accountant that across the board can deliver in the same ball park as these whilst also being an absolute pleasure to work with - Dawn (& Ian)

Ormerod Rutter Chartered Accountants have acted in an utterly unprofessional and unethical manner. Without my knowledge or consent—as a 25% shareholder and director—they filed company accounts. They have repeatedly refused to provide basic financial documentation such as invoices and expenditure records, deliberately withholding information to protect the interests of the majority shareholder. Their blatant lack of transparency, integrity, and accountability has caused me serious financial and legal difficulties. This matter is now being formally referred to the ICAEW for investigation. I strongly warn anyone considering this firm to avoid them at all costs.

I have been using the accounting services of Omerod Rutter for over 20 years, and in all that time, their services have been impeccable. As soon as I started working with Garry and his team, we developed a wonderful professional relationship where his attention to detail and knowledge of accounting was shown every year when he worked on my Limited Company accounts. Added to that, he is a delightful man to engage with, which considering that I think I’m like most people, who don’t like doing their accounts, it made the whole experience even more pleasurable. What’s more, his knowledgeable advice has helped me navigate a number of difficult times when the industry I worked in has had extended periods of quietness, or there’ve been unexpected events such as Covid. It’s only now that I have moved to the USA and dissolved my Limited Company that I will sadly not be needing his accounting service, but if I hadn’t, I’d definitely still be using them.
