I had a great experience with Osbornes, on the hands of Robert Aylott. He has been a guide in this dark period of my life and a reference. I had many negative experiences over the phone. They transfer the calls between one another, nobody knows who anything is for. They can't perform simple tasks like looking up information. They offer callbacks as sneaky ways to end the calls without doing anything, I had around 15 promised callbacks and I was never called back. I usually have no problem with not getting replies over email, but they told me to write emails to multiple people over email and I never got any reply back. This is the most unprofessional department I've ever seen. Even scammers from India act more professionally and consequently there is no way their work is of higher quality when they fail to orchestrate simple phone calls.

I had a very positive experience with this firm and my lawyer was excellent. She guided me through the whole divorce process in a sensitive fashion whilst also being commercial at the same time. Also very proactive and quick to respond!
