I am extremely disappointed with the unprofessional and negligent service provided by Pinky. She is handling my case. I entrusted them with handling my sponsorship licence application, expecting a high level of expertise and responsiveness. However, their lack of professionalism and incompetence has caused serious financial and business losses for me. 1. Failure to Respond to Urgent Queries: • Despite multiple queries from the Home Office, they failed to respond promptly or provide proper guidance. • I had to follow up repeatedly, yet they ignored emails and phone calls. 2. Incorrect & Improper Documentation: • The documents prepared by them were incomplete and incorrect, leading to the refusal of my sponsorship licence. • This was purely due to their negligence and lack of due diligence. 3. No Accountability & Poor Communication: • Even after the refusal, they have shown no accountability for their mistakes. • Instead of helping to resolve the issue, they have been completely unresponsive. Due to their incompetence, I have suffered significant financial losses and delays in my business operations. I demand a full refund of the fees paid, as they failed to provide the professional service promised. I strongly advise others to avoid this firm, as their lack of professionalism and poor service can have serious consequences.
