I used PA Todd for the conveyancing of a recent property purchase. Firstly, the firm easily has the best communication of any lawyer I tried to get in touch with - Super important when buying a house, as delays can end up ruining the whole transaction. My solicitor, Aysha Khan, was diligent, quick to respond to questions and great at chasing up the other side to ensure that that we avoided unnecessary delays and costs. I highly recommend them and hope to use them in the future for other legal issues.
