I've used PR Hanna for conveyancing three times now (twice when buying and once when selling). Couldn't recommend Claire Devlin enough. She pushed everything through as quickly as possible each time without compromising on quality, and was highly responsive to any emails we sent. She's a brilliant solicitor and PR Hanna provide a great service all round. Highly recommended.

I would highly recommend Claire and the conveyancing team at PR Hanna. We used them for sale and purchase transaction and were very impressed both at the speed (they worked hard to get us across the line in 4 weeks from receipt of deeds) and the communication. Claire keeping us up to date on potential issues meant they could be quickly addressed without slowing down the transaction. They were good value too in our experience of precious transactions with other firms.
