Palmers Rayleigh have so far been excellent. Our Solicitor was Julie Mercer and she was absolutely fantastic. Our original appointment with her to discuss the way forward after the death of a relative was both reassuring and comforting. She gave a first class service from the very first meeting to the very last and was always on hand every step of the way if we had a question or query. Her compassion and care shone through on every visit and we couldn't have asked for a better Solicitor. Sadly, she has now left the Company, however we were very lucky to have had her from start to finish for our matter. We never had to call the offices as we were always kept up to date, however when we did need to pop into Reception to drop anything off or collect anything, we found the Receptionist very helpful and like Julie was always very helpful. We are now using Palmers for the Conveyancing and are hoping that we will be just as pleased with the service
