Lazy, poor communication. Everything and anything felt like a huge task. Absolutely no progress 24 months down the line. Expertise in making the victim feel like the perpetrator. Avoid like the plague !!!!

I was knocked ff my cycle in September 2017. Pattinson & Brewer were instructed to represent me via the Police Federation Claim Line. Zoe PLATT - SCARCE was my legal representative. I have to say, she was very thorough and concise in her work which resulted in me receiving damages and compensation six months later. I would highly recommend this company and Zoe in particular.
