I was recommended to use Paul Bullen & Co. by a family member. I have used a few firms in the past but I found Paul's professional advice and his in-depth knowledge to be the best by far in helping me resolve issues for the sale of my self built property. These issues were not straight forward. This coupled to the excellent service which was provided in a timely manner means that I will definitely use this firm again and I highly recommend this firm to anyone.

Poor communication and quite oblivious to customer needs. Rang to find out what was happening and partner had to explain everything again. Not professional in my eyes. A successful business person would know their customers.they

Paul Bullen helped me in my practice purchase and later in my lease contract.Fantastic guy.couldnt be more helpful and im based in Manchester so distance is no issue.

Poor communication and not responsive to emails. Clients left completely unaware of what's happening and when they are looking to exchange/complete.
