I worked with Amy Thomas and some others in her team (Jess Lee, Ellie Goodwin) recently to sell and buy a property and received a wonderfully efficient, friendly service! Throughout the process Amy helped me understand the complexities of wording in covenants, right of way arrangements and everything else to do with my new properly. Any time I emailed or called I received a speedy response. There was complexity in our chain leading up to exchange (not from our side) and Amy and her team regularly chased the other parties so that we could get over the finish line on time.
