I recently used Dionne and Catriona from Pearson Caulfield as my conveyancers, and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. They were incredibly fast at replying to all my messages — even when I chased regularly — and were just as proactive in chasing the seller’s solicitor. Their communication was always clear, prompt, and reassuring, and they guided me through everything I needed to provide. Their pricing was very reasonable compared to other conveyancers, but what truly stood out was their dedication. Our goal was to move before Christmas, and thanks to their hard work and persistence, we are now celebrating Christmas with our firstborn in our very own home. I know how much pressure comes with getting the mortgage process completed in time, but they absolutely delivered. Dionne and Catriona were amazing throughout. Pearson Caulfield are genuinely lucky to have them — their commitment and professionalism are outstanding. I’ve already recommended them to my friends and would happily recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and responsive conveyancing team.

We were very impressed by Pearson Caulfield who handled the sale and purchase our of property. Suzanna was very thorough and always on hand to answer any questions we had - we wouldn't hesitate to use her again.

I went for an appointment today with Rebecca Stephenson covering for Suzanna for the signing of my will! She asked me to come through, my partner got up with me and she abruptly told him he couldn’t come in. She was stern and unfriendly, I wish I’d walked out as I felt so uncomfortable and I’m sure she would have sensed this. When I arrived home I rang Rebecca thinking she would be able to help and answer my question regarding my will, but instead I received a rude response telling me she would not discuss my will and would have to wait to speak to Suzanna when she got back off holiday, I asked again but cut me off abruptly, I told her I wasn’t happy with the service I was receiving and told me again she would not discuss my will and put the phone down on me, I actually can’t put into words how I feel right now I’m going through trauma at the moment with a health diagnosis leading to major surgery in the next couple of weeks and never thought an appointment with a solicitor for a will would be adding to my trauma I’d also like to add after leaving, my partner was fuming and said he could hear most of our conversation whilst he was sitting in the waiting area!! What happened to privacy and confidentiality, what if there were others in the waiting area?
