Mr Pem is everything that you want when you are dealing with a situation that feels out of your depth. He listens, gives invaluable knowledge and insight, but most importantly he explains his thoughts in a way that guides you. To call him anything other than a master of his craft would be unfair. If I could give him six stars I would, simply outstanding.
