The care I received has been fantastic from calling the surgery in the morning and getting a phone call from Dr Powell who was so helpful and listening to my concerns and I felt like he really cared about how I was feeling regarding my symptoms I was having. I got an appointment on the same day to come into surgery to have some blood tests and an ECG which was done by a lovely friendly nurse. I was seen very quickly by the nurse and Dr Powell when I arrived. The reception staff were lovely too. Thank you so much Dr Powell for the care I have received so far and to the nurse and reception staff I would rate my care more than 5 star great doctor and great friendly caring staff here.

Very informative reassuring appointment with Doctor Powell who we had not seen before only via a phone consultation. Answered all our questions & explained everything so we could understand clearly. Doctors, Nurses & Reception staff have always been exceptional at Pen Y Bont. Thank you to all.

Quality of service received, depends on the Doctor you see. If you are lucky enough to see Dr Powell or Dr Abraham, you will receive 5 star treatment. They always find time to see my two young sons when they are poorly. Dr Powell was also very supportive to my husband when recovering from a Traumatic Brain Injury, always follows up on what he says he will do, made sure he had ongoing support and made many referrals through the relevant channels.

Had appt with Stephanie Rose who was very friendly and felt comfortable to talk to. She was very helpful with something that Abergele surgery couldn’t be bothered to help me with over the years and Stephanie helped straight away today and gave me helpful advice, thank you very much, diolch, Samantha.

I found doctor Powell very understanding and very professional, he explained everything about my condition and worked out a plan to get me firing on all four cylinders again. All the doctors and staff at Pen y bont surgery are fantastic in my opinion. Thank you.
