Peter Bowles & Co handled the conveyancing for my flat, and I can’t thank Marese and Orla enough for their outstanding work. Our first buyer pulled out at the very last minute, which was stressful, but they were brilliant getting everything reset and ready to go again in no time. When we found a new buyer, Marese and Orla pushed the process through super quickly. The buyers’ solicitors were quite slow, but Marese and Orla stayed on top of everything, chasing where needed and keeping the momentum going. Even the estate agents commented that they were among the best solicitors they had worked with super efficient, proactive, and absolutely on the ball. Recently used Peter Bowles & Co for conveyancing for our house move. History told us we have to chase solicitors non-stop to get a house move over the line. Well things have changed. Marese & Orla @ Peter Bowles made the process very straightforward, communication was first class and they were always available if we needed them.
