I could not recommend the team at Phoenix Law highly enough. A disabled person was told by Phoenix Law in email that we posess that work would start on thier case as soon as documents were recieved. All documents were professionally produced and sent at the clients own cost. Phoenix Law then went silent 10 emails and over 13 calls we finally after three months found out they are abandoning the case and are not interested despite stating in writing thier intention to start work. We complained about the costs incurred and the 3 month delay when some cases in NI have only 6 month time limits and Phoenix Law are not even giving the complaint a basic reply. I am just a normal citizen looking my rights upheld in Court and this is how i have been treated by Phoenix Law i am now forced to at my own time report this to the regulator the Law Society of Northerm Ireland. I do not know what the regulator will do or say but its important firms like this are more regulated as obviously there is something very badly wrong here.
