We chose to go with P&B Rugeley for our house sale and purchase, and we are glad that we did! There were many issues to iron out on our purchase with it being an older listed property, Zoe and Annette worked their way through a raft of documentation and were the first in the chain to be ready and driving the move dates, despite being the most complex part of it. Highly recommended and would use again in the future!

Good service.In the grand scheme of things, still relatively quick in this market today. I am all now moved in and happy and some parts of the process in particular, the searches, were carried out ridiculously fast! Very impressive. Had some minor issues along the way but were all resolved and the feedback on minor issues was clearly taken on board. Would use again. Thank you both to Victoria and Zoe.

Excellent service from start to finish. Sonia was very professional, helpful and nothing was too much trouble. I would recommend this company to anyone and will 100% use them again if needed. Both my uncle in the USA and myself were kept informed of everything and this was one of the few companies that would deal with both the USA and uk.
