Family law matter I would just like to leave this review in recognition of this firm and there hard work and drive. Zoe in particular dedicated so much hard work, time and knowledge to my case, her memory is impeccable and is a great assest to Pickerings with dealing with such a complex case . Zoe also offered support to me if anything was unclear she would make sure I understood clearly and communicated with any questions I had very quickly .Zoes knowledge of the law is one that astounds me. I will always go back to Pickerings if ever I need them again. I cannot reccomend this service enough.

I made an enquiry for help regarding their legal advice and services, to extend the leasehold on my apartment. A specific service offered by them on their Website. I received a call from (what seemed) a very polite lady, the very same day. Very impressive until... I was asked if I had been a previous client? - I had not. I was asked if any of my family had been previous clients? - Not that I was aware of. This is when the follow-up call from them took a very perplexing turn. They informed me that they were not able to help me on this occasion, with more than a hint of sarcasm and what seemed to humour them Not entirely sure how they operate on purely existing clients and no new business?!? They ended the call in a truly bizarre manner, insisting that I contact them for any future legal matters. Extremely unlikely, I have been informing numerous family and friends, and they all agree with the strange manner in which the enquiry was dealt with. A very odd, extremely offensive and upsetting experience. I tried to put my business to a local firm, but have decided to go with a specialist firm based in London. This is not a fictitious review and is based on fact.
