I was new to PIE in the last year and, as I had used the same Accountant previously for c.50 years, I was anxious making the change ! I shouldn't have been and Ryan and the team have been a joy to deal with. Efficient, clear (even on HMRC matters !) and always quick to respond to queries and I cannot recommend them more highly - thank you Team PIE !

My accountant Ryan gave me a detailed explanation of his tax calculation - which included correcting the errors of my previous accountant. Overall, I have experienced this company as willing to provide support whereever needed. They do not expect me to do the work for them, other than uploading receipts onto Xero, and they don't blind me with numbers and jargon I don't understand, which I have experienced elsewhere. Also, the tax calculation has been done in good time (before Christmas) so there is time to discuss any issues. I own a single person limited company, and they seem to be cool with that. Other accountants seem to be orientated to larger businesses almost exclusively.

I was referred to Ryan Headlam by a couple of friends after I got hit with an insane tax bill by HMRC last year due to errors with my PAYE (not paying enough), moving to advance payment for my self-assessment, being made redundant and deciding to go freelance. Ryan has been incredibly helpful explaining everything and always responding quickly to all my queries. It has been very reassuring during a difficult year to have someone guiding me through some complex processes and new systems (Xero) as I now become my own boss. Highly recommend Ryan to anyone looking for a local accountant, very knowledgeable and not too pricey!. Thanks Ryan.

Ryan and his team are great. I'm a solo-founder and the advice, support and information has been amazing - not to mention all my tax / VAT filing. My brother also signed up to PIE following my own experience and I continue to refer people to them I recommend without hesitation.
