⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I cannot thank Portway Solicitors enough for everything they have done for me throughout my immigration journey. From my very first conversation with Mrs.Dimple I felt I was in the right hands. Her confidence, professionalism, positive attitude, and determination gave me hope from the very beginning. She has an incredible ability to reassure people and make them believe that everything is possible with the right guidance. I also had the privilege of working with Srimanthi and Carol. They were always patient, kind, calm, and supportive. No matter how many questions I had, they took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel valued throughout the process. I am overjoyed that my Fee Waiver and Immigration Health Surcharge (IHS) applications were successful. This is a huge milestone for me, and I truly appreciate the dedication and hard work the entire team put into my case. A special thank you also goes to the reception staffs, who were always friendly, welcoming, and professional. Every interaction with Portway Solicitors made me feel respected and cared for. We would like to express our sincere gratitude to Portway Solicitors for their exceptional support, professionalism, and dedication throughout my mother's visa application process. A special thank you to Karishma Dimple Dhaliah-Haulkory and Srimathi Balaji, who handled our case with great care and compassion. From the initial consultation through to the final decision, they provided clear guidance, thorough preparation, and excellent communication at every stage. Our application involved complex medical and compassionate circumstances relating to my mother's diagnosis of blood cancer (multiple myeloma). Karishma and Srimathi took the time to understand our family's situation in detail, carefully reviewed all supporting documents, and helped us present the strongest possible case. Their knowledge, attention to detail, and commitment gave us confidence throughout what was an emotionally challenging process. Today, we received the wonderful news that my mother's visa has been approved. This outcome means so much to our family, as it allows her to remain close to her children and grandchildren and receive the care, support, and stability she needs during this difficult period. We are truly grateful for the outstanding service we received and would highly recommend Portway Solicitors, especially Karishma Dimple Dhaliah-Haulkory and Srimathi Balaji, to anyone seeking immigration advice or legal assistance. Their professionalism, expertise, and genuine care have made a life-changing difference to our family. Thank you once again for all your hard work and support. Ankit Patel & Family 🙏🏻
