Many thanks to Powell and Spencer’s and partners. A special thanks to Sandra Riordan who made a complex case stress free resulting in an excellent outcome of no charges been brought against my son the case was discontinued and dropped. Sandra kept me informed about the case in office hours and out of office hours she’s very caring understanding and responds swiftly to any questions issues I raised by phone or text Sandra would always call me up and clarify everything which gave me a peace of mind. I highly recommend Powell and Spencer’s especially Sandra who’s lifted a huge burden off us Sandra works very effectively calmly and swiftly. She was always available I cannot recommend her highly enough she’s outstanding a remarkable lady I highly recommend her she’s honest fair and always had my child’s best interest in mind thoughts all the way successfully dropping both charges. Many thanks for the excellent work on behalf on my son who was 16 years of age charged with offensive weapon. Sandra was so persistent fair understanding of my son’s vulnerability and hidden disability ASD who thought all the way and successfully managed to drop all charges. Sandra had excellent communication always responded to my messages during work hours and out of hours she called me updating me on the case out of her work hours. Powells Spencer’s is an excellent service and excellent solicitors who always had solicitors working out of hours on the weekend presenting our case in court on a Monday morning I really appreciate all the supportive network. I cannot recommend Sonia Dass of Powell Spencer & Partners highly enough. My immigration case was very complex. I had applied twice before for my resident permit and had been refused both times. I had overstayed for years, and at one point I was even at risk of being removed from the country by UK Immigration when they visited my Mums home in 2024. After my last refusal, I contacted Sonia and shared my situation with her. She took the time to carefully review everything and gave me the best advice possible to return to my home country and reapply properly. Although it was a very difficult decision and I was extremely scared (as were my parents and partner), Sonia reassured me throughout the process and gave me the confidence to go ahead. She prepared everything thoroughly and handled my case with such professionalism and care. Just as she had predicted, my new application was successful in exactly 3–5 weeks. The whole process went smoothly under her guidance. Thanks to Sonia’s dedication and expertise, I am now back in the UK with my partner, family, and friends. We are all so grateful to her.
