I can’t thank Jake at Pre Law Solicitors enough for the incredible support he has given me during an ongoing dispute between myself, my daughter, and her landlord at her student accommodation. From the very beginning, Jake has been extremely professional, reassuring, and thorough. He has responded quickly to every question and concern, always keeping me fully informed and explaining each step in a clear and timely manner. His knowledge around the dispute has been outstanding and gave me confidence throughout what was a very stressful situation. Jake was quick to respond and quoted me a very reasonable fixed fee for the legal advice and service I required. He prepared a draft letter for me and gave me valuable feedback on the further detail I added. He also prepared some documentation to accompany the letter and put all the necessary attachments in the correct order. Pre-Law are amazing. They have been a great help with the advise given. Jake is always there to advise and help and direct, either by phone or by email. Quick responders. If you have an employment issue you can't go wrong with this company. If there was 10 stars they deffinately be getting the 10. My case is on going and he's always there if I get brain fogged.
